Depending on the catch of the day, our chef will also present you with fresh fish that has been beautifully prepared including barramundi, local bream, mangrove jack, threadfin salmon and more. Your seafood meal will be accompanied by a variety of fresh salads and delicious side dishes.
Another itinerary and menu favourite includes being able to collect fresh oysters and have the chef serve them to you according to your taste.
Otherwise, you can look forward to sampling freshly caught local mud crabs that have been cooked to perfection.
Apart from all of these culinary delights, there is also a large barbecue onboard, and plenty of delicious snacks and platters to graze on in between main meals or while you enjoy a glass of wine.
